First, Vicky guides you through intuitive art journaling, a process-led practice designed to heal and awaken your inner child through spontaneous creativity. Once your heart is open, Kreeshteeanna will lead a crystal singing bowl sound bath experience to anchor that energy and reset your nervous system. The soothing tones provide a meditative exhale, allowing you to ground into your unique purpose and navigate the summer with joy and peace.
You will leave feeling grounded, peaceful with a sense of clarity and purpose.
