Many of us carry past experiences of disappointment, grieving or even relationships that didn’t work out, which can quietly cause us to close off from love.
This session is designed to support emotional healing and help you soften, release, and create space for love to flow in again. Through calming sounds and meditation, your body will be guided into a state of rest, allowing the mind to slow down and the heart to feel more open and supported.
This is not about forcing emotions or reliving the past, it’s about creating a peaceful moment for yourself and allowing healing to happen naturally.
